About Karen
I am the founder of An Agile State of Mind, LLC.
Known for being an active member in the Agile community, I love inspiring women to reach their potential in the Agile community.
One of my biggest transformations in my life was relocating from New York City to Charlotte, North Carolina 23 years ago with my husband and 3 children. I struggled with the mindset shift from a New York state of mind to a Charlotte State of Mind.
I had to transform…. When I thought about this experience,
my business name was established. I am a Marathoner.
I completed my one and only Marathon in Charlotte, North Carolina, November 7, 2021. I am a Bronze Partner with Scaled Agile Framework, Inc.
